And GVA only has 3,261 sf to go to fill up the building--it was 89% pre-leased. Tenants include AES Corp., Pro Wheels, IOP Communications, Devil Bikes, Hayden Productions and Digirad Imaging Solutions. The rest of the space is divisible to 1,087 sf.

"I think the pre-leasing success reflects well on the state of the flex marketplace here," according to John Potter, assistant director-corporate services for GVA Williams, who is responsible for leasing the property. "I think it also reflects on this community as an address for industrial development."
