Tuesday Morning is signing five-year leases for the locations, Greg Bracchi of Dallas-based Staubach Co. tells GlobeSt.com. He was the sole broker on the lease at Blue Grove Plaza, which is owned by Lakewood Village Joint Venture. The Denton neighborhood retail venue is owned by RPI Denton Center Ltd., which used Richard Webb of Retail Plazas Inc. in Dallas to broker its side of the deal.
Tuesday Morning has been cutting leases with regularity over the past six months. At last count, it was operating 481 stores in 42 states.
Bracchi and Webb also came to terms on an 8,915-sf lease for Brook Mays Music Co. A June opening is planned for Fort Worth's Cityview Center, owned by RPI Bryant-Irvin Ltd. Bracchi represented the tenant in the long-term signing and Webb, the property owner.
