Paul Reschke represented Trupac Logistics LLC in a lease of 137,000 sf of industrial space at 12240 Oakland Park in Highland Park, MI for $5.25 per sf. Trupac Logistics is division of minority-owned Trumark Engineering, and will use this facility to assemble and distribute chassis for Bluebird, a custom coach and bus manufacturer.
Eric Banks represented Hands on Center LLC in its $750,000 purchase of an office building at 650 S. Main Street in Plymouth, MI. It will house the Hands on Center for Physical Therapy, a physical therapy clinic.
Kevin George and Rob Hibbert recently sold a 4,500-sf retail building at 545 W. Nine Mile in Ferndale to Blue Nile Restaurant for $600,000. It will open for business in 30 days.
