The firm's lease for all of the space runs through 2006.
"When we established this firm four short years ago, we had 53 people, including 19 attorneys," says Michael O'Donnell, president and managing director of the firm. "Today, we have 113 people, including 41 attorneys, and are growing steadily…We announced the arrival of four new attorneys just last week, and are preparing the announcement of two more."
Joe Hollister of the Staubach Co. represented the building's owner, Qwest Communications International Inc.
The new space -- currently being reconfigured to complement the firm's existing quarters by architect Carol Koplin of Gensler -- will be ready for occupancy June 1.
