Alfieri Signs Leases Totaling Almost 83,000 SF

And the upgrade has paid off in the form of nearly 83,000 sf in new class A office space leases just signed by the 51-year-old Alfieri organization. In the largest of the transactions, Apogee Networks has signed a long-term lease for 25,000 sf for the company's new corporate headquarters. The firm was represented by Michael Herman, Brad Thoubboron and Joseph Tormen of MRH Real Estate Services of Lodi, NJ. Apogee is the developer of NetCountant, an IP content rating, settlement, and billing program for content distributors, ASPs, ISPs, carriers, wireless Internet providers, and enterprise customers.

Also, Procter & Gamble signed a long-term lease for 12,800 sf at the complex. The household products maker was represented in the negotiations by Jeff Heller and Justin Gingeleskie of Cushman & Wakefield.

Clientlogic, a provider of customer management solutions including marketing, customer-contact, and fulfillment services, meanwhile, has taken 10,700 sf after being represented by co-brokers Jim Scancarella of Alexander Summer and Adam Faulk of Jackson Cooksey. Great West has re-signed for 4,700 sf (represented by Mohr Partners). Food processor Del Monte was represented by Peter Yannoti of Equis Corp. in signing a lease for 3,700 sf of office space. And Self-Pay Solutions signed for 4,200 sf and was represented by Bob DeVita of DeVita-Friedman.

Finally, TAMS Consultants, a firm specializing in aviation, commercial, education, and infrastructure facilities, has renewed and expanded to a total of 21,400 sf at Central Park Corporate Campus. Alfieri was represented in all of the latest transactions by exclusive brokers Steve Frank and Jim Hersh of CB Richard Ellis.

"I feel that these signings is an indication that our decision to reinvest in the property was well founded," according to Michael Alfieri, president of M. Alfieri Co., who notes that various sizes of space are still available. "Companies like Apogee Networks have decided to make the campus their corporate headquarters because of its location and amenities."
