Massirman posted $230.2 million in 2001 sales, bringing his 16-year production at CBRE to $1.9 billion on 23,000 apartment units.
Last year's sales included Village By the Bay, 374 units, Aventura, FL, $58.25 million; Cascades at the Hammocks, 264 units, Kendall, FL, $19.55 million; and the Pointe at Miami Lakes, 320 units, Northwest Miami-Dade County, $17.1 million.
