The 220,000-sf 105 Eisenhower Parkway is part of Mack-Cali's three-building, 608,545-sf Eisenhower/280 Corporate Center. The new tenant was represented in the transaction by Timothy Spillane of the Chicago office and Lisa Kiell of the New York office of Jones Lang LaSalle. Mack-Cali was represented in-house.

Altogether, Mack-Cali owns or has interests in 266 buildings totaling 28.4 million sf, mostly in the Northeast. Most of those properties are office or office/flex assets.
