Motorola has signed brokerage firm Binswanger/Klatskin, based in Teterboro, NJ as the exclusive agent for the sublease effort. The company's lease on the sprawling campus has nine years to run.
The three-story office building, located at 1111 Durham Ave., was renovated last year. Its building systems include category 7 wiring, 13.2 KV amp power, 277/480 and 120/208 distribution, a back-up diesel generator, fiber optics with duel access, built-in light span facilities with full digital Centrex availability, an integrated data closet and a raised floor data center. Other features include an expandable 920-car parking facility and a full-service cafeteria.
