The lease was arranged on behalf of the owner, Van Name Realty, by Bryn Cinque of GVA Williams of New Jersey, Parsippany. The asset still has some 50,000 sf available for lease, with spaces ranging in size from 2,000 to 15,000 sf. The third and fourth floors create a 30,000-sf block of contiguous space. Current tenants include Freeman & Bass, Thornton Thomasetti Group and Worldwide Education.
Van Name recently acquired 24 Commerce St., formerly known as the Federal Trust Building. The company has implemented a substantial renovation program, including new elevators, new HVAC, a new fiber optic system, new windows and upgrades to all common areas.
