Thorpe Products is moving into 57,350 sf at 68030 Kirbyville St., situated between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Mykawa Drive. Foreman, Harris and Kaleel brokered on the tenant's behalf. Aaron Grenader of First Houston Properties represented the building owner, Gulf Winds International Inc. Thorpe Products makes and distributes industrial insulation and insulating refractory products for firms in Texas, Louisiana, parts of Oklahoma and Arkansas and international customers.
