* J.J.M. & Associates' purchase of an 84,700-sf single-story building at 880 Technology Drive from Carlyle/FR Investors LLC for more than $10 million. McCausland and Tosto represented the seller. CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer.
* Wixom Associates III LLC's purchase of a 22,500-sf single-story building at 775 Technology Drive from Carlyle/FR Investors LLC for more than $2.5 million. Cam McCausland and Len Tosto of Colliers International represented the seller. Oakwood Properties represented the buyer.
* Oxford Realty Investors' purchase of a 21,516-sf, single-story, building at 640 Avis Drive from Carlyle/FR Investors LLC for more than $2.4 million. McCausland and Tosto represented the seller. Ralph Steinbrink of Colliers International represented the buyer.
