McDonald Bradley paid approximately $26 per-sf for the space," Grubb & Ellis's Andrew Klaff tells GlobeSt.com. "Since the first of the year, we've seen an uptake in defense related contractors in their quest for additional office space. McDonald Bradley is an example of that." Among the company's stable of established clients are the Environmental Protection Agency, the Internal Revenue Service and the US Department of Justice, just to name a few. McDonald Bradley is moving on from its current location at 8200 Greensboro Drive in McLean, where it has a much smaller space in the 22-year old structure. "It's a significant expansion for them, coming out of Tysons Corner where they had 8,000 sf," Klaff adds.
