Partners Project Management, a related entity of the brokerage firm, is coordinating the construction build-out at the building as well as coordinating with Wartsila's services groups communication and video requirements at its new offices.
Barbara Richey and Connie Dando, both of Senterra Real Estate Services, negotiated the lease for the building owner, Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Funding III LP. The 11 Greenway Plaza is a 31-story, 731,216-sf building. The class A Greenway Plaza is a 10-building, 4.3-million sf mixed-use development.
