Kevin Schuck has been named director in C&W's office properties division. He will focus on the East Valley along with Tom Johnston and Mark Thumann.
Schuck previously was vice president of Koll Development Co.'s Scottsdale office. He steered such projects as the 225,000-sf Koll Perimeter Center in North Scottsdale plus provided development and marketing assistance on the 327,000-sf Summit at Scottsdale, a lifestyle retail undertaking, and the 360,000-sf Koll Papago Industrial Park. Prior to his tenure at Koll, he was regional vice president of leasing for Tower Equities in Phoenix and senior associate of retail for the former CB Commercial Real Estate Group.
Perini has promoted Ken Bock to vice president of business development. The 18-year Perini veteran previously was VP of lodging and gaming for Perini. Bock's track record includes projects with budgets well in excess of $50 million.
