The two buildings, which are located at 16-00 and 22-0 Route 208 here, total some 135,000 sf of space. The properties sit directly across Route 208 from a high-profile Nabisco manufacturing complex, and the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, I-80 and Routes 4 and 17 are all nearby.
