The Ace Hardware will rise on the southeast corner of Desert Foothills Parkway and Chandler Boulevard. It will deliver in February 2003.
Dave Newquist and Ron Ault, both of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office, represented the property owner, Vaughn Development Co. LLC of Phoenix. Martin Olejarczyk of Phoenix's Retail Brokers Inc. bargained the deal on behalf of the tenant of record, Foothills Hardware LLC of Phoenix. The store is part of Ace Hardware Corp., a cooperative wholly owned by 5,100 independent hardware, home center, lumber and building materials retailers. The chain has secured locations in all 50 states and 68 countries.
