Brach's Confections' lease is for half of one building in the office park being co-developed by Globe Corp. and McShane Corp. EN Engineering has leased the other 23,000 sf in the MidPoint Two office building for its corporate headquarters.
Wayne L. Wnek, MAI represented Brach's Confections in the negotiations on a long-term lease. David Prioletti, Jeff Mann and Chuck Barr of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. represented Globe Corp. and McShane Corp. McShane Construction Corp. is doing tenant improvements on the space.
A third, 46,584-sf building is under construction at MidPoint Corporate Center and is expected to be ready for occupancy later this year. Westwood College of Technology, EN Engineering, Inc., J.J. Collins and Connect, Inc. are tenants at the office park.
