Christopher Astrom, the company's sole director and controlling stockholder, is guiding the firm as acting president. Braulio Gutierrez is president of locally based Encore Builders Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary and the sole asset of Vacation Ownership Marketing.
In a prepared statement, Astrom says Vacation Ownership will be exchanging its stock in Encore Builders for Braulio Gutierrez's stock in Vacation Ownership.
The company is traded on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. The firm's last-disclosed financials show it lost $32,013 before interest and taxes. Total revenue was $594,259.
In the three previous 2001 quarters, Vacation Ownership lost $56,911 in its third fiscal period ending Aug 31; lost 1,072 in the second quarter ending May 31; and lost $13,145 in the first quarter ending Feb. 28.
In today's trading activity, the volume was 800,000 shares. The company has 61 million shares outstanding and a market capitalization of $18,300. Vacation Ownership has no cash on hand, according to its financials.
