Banyai negotiated a five-year lease for the Woodbridge Foam Corp. for 115,000 sf at 435 West Eight Mile Rd. in Whitmore Lake, MI. Other deals included:
* GB Kenrick and Associates' five-year lease on 26,680 sf at 1700 Opdyke Ct., Auburn Hills. The property owner is Manabal Auburn, L.L.C.
* Woodbridge Group's five-year lease for 16,800 sf at 2500 Meijer Dr. and 28,830 square feet at 2400 Meijer Dr., both located in Troy.
Banyai also represented the owner of the 40,600-sf building located at 1895 Stephenson Hwy. in Troy, and negotiated a five year lease with WM Cameron and Co.
