Triad has been locked in talks for months with its West Coast lender and a mysterious capital partner. All appeared to be copasetic when the office building quartet again was tossed onto the county's foreclosure roster. A glitch, GlobeSt.com was told, was at the root of the problem. Final signatures on approved documents failed to materialize.

Four of Triad's five Dallas office buildings are bundled into the overdue note. The buildings on the "endangered" list are the 123,000-sf Atrium at Bent Tree at 1675 Addison Rd. in Addison; 91,000-sf Fairway Plaza at 300 Decker Dr. in Las Colinas; 150,000-sf Belvedere at 14481 Quorum Dr. in Dallas; and the 205,000-sf Courtyard at Arapaho in Richardson.
