"The state of Delaware and the capital city is indeed very proud of this beautiful hotel entertainment center," Dover Mayor James L. Hutchison said during the ceremony. "And let me assure you, it will go a long way in enhancing the economic development for other hotels up and down the state of Delaware. It's a win-win for every single person." There is over 1,600 sf of meeting space, as well as nearly 16,500 sf of ballroom space.
