The Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide, based in Woodbridge, NJ represented Markel in securing the site and facility. The company's Harvey Schultz, Jonathan Schultz, David Iacobucci and George Gemelos headed the effort, which included site selection, obtaining necessary approvals and configuring the building to meet Markel's needs. The three-story class A facility is expected to be ready for occupancy by early spring.
