Renamed Dickson Incline Properties, the new operation has plans to relocate to a new office space in the Raleys Center along Tahoe Boulevard, a few blocks away from its current location, sometime in May.
"Adding Incline Properties' combined 100 years of real estate experience and 16 agents to the Dickson roster helps us serve all our clients better, from luxury sales and commercial transactions to new development," said Nancy Fennell, president of Dickson Realty.Tim Murray, a 25-year real estate sales and management veteran has been named managing partner of the new operation.
"There are natural synergies among the two companies, and we've worked well together for over a decade," said Murray. Both companies are affiliates of Christie's Great Estates, which offers exclusive luxury real estate around the world.
Last year, Dickson also formed strategic alliances with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to create its own Pinnacle Mortgage and a joint venture with insurance agents to create Pinnacle Insurance. The affiliations allow the company to offer listing, financing and insurance services for both residential and commercial properties.
In business since 1973, Dickson offers commercial and residential brokerage and leasing services, as well as property management, relocation services, and mortgage and insurance services. On the commercial side, the firm performs tenant and buyer representation, market analysis, feasibility studies, site studies, relocation coordination, development process consultation and financing consultation.
