Burrough's Mill, located within metropolitan Philadelphia, will consist of 32 two-story buildings on a 25-acre site across from the Cherry Hill Mall. The site is in a submarket in which new multifamily development has been limited because of a scarcity of buildable vacant land.
"This is going to be a first-class property," according to Cadranell. "It will provide the community with much-needed new apartment housing stock."
