Fourth Red Brook Building Signs First Tenant

OWINGS MILLS, MD-The fourth of what will be six buildings in the Red Brook Corporate Center pre-leases its first tenant as Euler American Credit Indemnity Co. signs on for 60,000 sf of space. Construction will soon begin on 150,000-sf, five-story structure of Class A office space.

Manekin Brothers Abeshouse, LLC handles the leasing for all of the buildings that will occupy the gated 65-acre park of Class A office space. Terms of Euler's lease agreement are not available but neighboring 400 Red Brook Blvd, a five-story 100,000-sf building currently under construction, offers rent for $20 per-sf. Rental fees at Euler's current 40,000-sf location at 100 East Pratt go for a downtown
