Dixieline Lumber Company, a lumber and home improvement retailer, has occupied the 45,700 sf building since 1987, when Handyman assigned its lease to Dixieline as part of a five-store transfer.
The 10-year lease transaction, commencing January 1, 2003, with three five-year options, is valued at $4.92 million.
McGrath Investors III, LLC was the lessor. McGrath plans to develop portions of the Dixieline site with a pad at the SWC of Convoy and Raytheon, as well as a 1.5-acre adjoining parcel on Ronson Road.
Jack Duncan of Colliers International represented the lessee. Joe Skrysak of McGrath Development managed the transaction for the lessor.
