Advantage Metal Products is a state-of-the-art manufacturing company that uses robotic equipment for its precision sheet metal and machine shop work. Advantage recently purchased 59,000-sf at 7855 S. Front Road when it moved its headquarters from Tracy to Livermore.
"The move to Livermore has been very good for business, says Mike Segundo, president of Advantage Metal Products. "In less than 12 months, we have increased the total square footage for our company from 15,000-sf to 89,000 square feet. That addition represents a six-fold ability to increase our ability to respond to customer and add new customers."
Mark Triska and Ned Wood of Colliers International represented both Gateway Business Park West developer Ellis Partners and Advantage Metal Products.
