The 340,000-sf St Catherine's retail park is the principal out-of town retailing location in Perth, and phase III of the scheme comprises 40,199 sf with an unrestricted class one planning consent. The three units are let to tenants Comet, Brantano and TK Maxx, generating an annual rent of £573,625 ($825,000) per annum.
