University Glen Apartments also have been sold for $4.1 million. The 90-unit complex, located at 3501 73rd Ave. West in University Place, near Tacoma, has been snatched up by University Glen Apartments LLC and WDLFT LLC of Seattle. The seller was University Park Associates Ltd. Partnership by Cardish Inc. of Puyallup. Both the buyer and the seller were represented by Tim Ufkes of Hendricks & Partners.
