La Mariana will team with Paula Buffa, director/office services, to handle 17-year-old Bayport Plaza, 22-year-old Kennedy Center and 17-year-old President's Plaza in the Westshore submarket.
Quoted average asking rents at Bayport Plaza are $26 per sf; Kennedy Center, $18 per sf; and President's Plaza, $18.50 per sf.
Mariana has previously leased properties for Jones Lang LaSalle, Northlake Properties Inc., Shannon Properties Inc./Tampa, Schlumberger Oil Services Group, Freeport Mining Co. and Sony Corp.
