The work on the 16-year-old property was done by Rosemont, IL-based McShane Construction Corp. Dobrin + Associates, Ltd. is provided architectural services.
Smalley Steel Ring Co. bought the one-story building, which sits on 17 acres in an industrial area, from Allegiance Healthcare. That company had bought the property as part of a portfolio acquisition from Bergen Brunswig.
