Executive vice president Jack Fraker and senior directors Mike Wyatt and Randy Baird cop the honors. Fraker, leader of the Texas office's financial services group, holds the distinction of being Cushman & Wakefield of Texas' top producer for 10 consecutive years, according to a press release. He handled the 1.25-million sf, class A industrial portfolio sale last year for First Industrial Realty Trust. His other 2001 deals included a 1.8-million sf, class A portfolio for Teachers Insurance Annuity Association, for a year-end total of more than 10 million sf in leases and sales transactions.

Wyatt was the leading commercial services producer in the Dallas office in 2001. His major transactions included the corporate headquarters relocation of Genpass Technologies into 79,419 sf in Irving.

Baird is a Top 10 producer for four consecutive years. His premier 2001 deals included the sale of the 930,000-sf Skyline II and III in Dallas and a 2.5-million sf industrial portfolio in Memphis. His national ranking with the firm marks his second in four years.
