In Union, NJ, meanwhile, 60,000 sf of industrial space at 1825 Burnet Ave. was leased to Ad-Aid, which is relocating from Newark. Fisher represented property owner Burnet Interests in the transaction, while the tenant was represented by the Blau & Berg Co.
Also in Union, Fisher represented property owner Miller Industrial Properties in a lease for 32,000 sf of industrial space at 1831 Burnet Ave. The tenant, Homans, was represented by the Binswanger-Klatskin Co. Finally, in Elizabeth, NJ, Fisher represented Clean Venture is a sublease of 18,000 feet of office. The master tenant, Waste Management, was represented by Strategic Alliance.
