The first transaction, involving the Highland House complex near Jersey City's Journal Square, entailed the sale of a block of unsold condo units. The seller was the original sponsor of the condo conversion, which bought the property as a rental complex several years ago. The earlier sale was also brokered by G/S. The buyer of the units was not named.

In Union City, NJ, meanwhile, the 28-unit Cliffview Arms has changed hands, although neither buyer nor seller was identified. The transaction involved the completion of a tax-free exchange.

And in East Orange, NJ, the 12-unit, three-story asset at 286 N. Grove St. has been sold. Again, neither the buyer nor seller was identified, although the sale marks the first change in ownership in 22 years.
