Jeff Conrad and Matt Hobaica, both of Lee & Associates Arizona, represented the building owner, EJM Development Co. of Phoenix. Allen Lowe, also of Phoenix-based Lee & Associates Arizona, represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

White Cap Industries is a construction supply company. Hobaica tells GlobeSt.com that space at the 302,000-sf 19th and Pinnacle Peak Commerceplex leases for an average of 53 cents per sf triple net. The industrial facility was completed in September 2001 and is 45% occupied, according to Hobaica.

Owner EJM Development has built in excess of two million sf in the last five years. The lease comes on the heels of an 8,026-sf deal by Taylor Tours, which plans to retrofit tour buses in its space.
