Sebring Capital Mortgage leased 5,446 sf at 10805 Richmond Ave. in the Westchase submarket in West Houston. Ace Schlameus and Jay Kyle, both of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office, represented both parties in the lease negotiations. Sebring is a Carrollton, TX-based wholesale sub-prime residential mortgage lender.
Martin Resource Management is taking 4,099 sf at 5900 Memorial Dr., just west of Shepherd and Allen Parkway near River Oaks. Schlameus and Kyle represented the building owner, Zenith Real Estate Services, while John Cox of Colliers International's Houston office bargained on the tenant's behalf. Martin Resource Management provides transportation, terminal facilities, marketing and logistics management services for hydrocarbon by-products.
