Ostrow Partners 1994, with Joe Zucchero as general partner, has purchased the 30,417-sf, one-story industrial building owned by the McLarens for $3.5 million. The 2.37-acre property is located at 7750 Convoy Court in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego.
The buyer's expanding building materials company, Calply, will take occupancy of the Convoy Court building on April 15. The sellers were Bill and Kimberlee McLaren and Harold and Ruth Pugh.
In the other part of the transaction, Ostrow Partners 1994 sold its 16,290-sf industrial building, located in Kearny Mesa at 7747 Ostrow St. to the McLarens for $1.45 million. The McLarens will relocate their Trico Auto Parts business to the 1.11-acre Ostrow Street property on April 15.
