Other incoming officers include: first vice chair Jan Susee, president of Metes & Bounds Management in Richfield, MN; second vice chair Lisa Moe, president and CEO ofStuart Management Corp of Minneapolis; secretary Clint Blaiser, principal of Halverson and Blaiser Group of Bloomington; and treasurer Stephen Frenz, president and owner of JAS Apartments in Minneapolis.
MHA has nearly 1,900 members who own or manage 200,000 multifamily units throughout Minnesota.
