Electrolux Home Products Inc. has lined up large blocks of industrial space in Dallas and Harrisburg, with the Pennsylvania lease being the largest at 230,878 sf. The home appliance manufacturer has signed a five-year deal for Harrisburg's Capital Business Center, owned by First Industrial Property Trust of Chicago. The Dallas team of Seth Kelly, senior vice president, and Ryan Keiser and Ann Huntington, both vice presidents, and the Conshohocken, PA-based team of principal Paul Torosian and senior associate Larry Maister brokered the deal for Electrolux.

The Dallas negotiations centered on a 105,624-sf expansion at Pinnacle Park. The previously reported deal was an expansion of 151,200 sf taken in a Hillwood Investment Properties-owned structure. Only the Dallas team represented Electrolux at the bargaining table with Hillwood's leasing team from Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.

In another industrial deal for the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Ecolab has completed its move into 36,874 sf of warehouse space in Garland. RREEF is the owner of the 2755 Miller Park North warehouse.

The tenant signed a five-year lease for the site, taking its Garland operations to about 180,000 sf in two sites, David Teeter of Dallas-based Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. He represented the tenant while RREEF used Anthony James as its in-house broker on the deal.

Teeter says the lease closed in about three weeks of weeding out sites in and around the Northgate section. The goal was to stay close to the tenant's existing location at 2305 Sherwin St.
