The larger facility, owned by The Gale Co., Paine Webber and Morgan Stanley, is a two-building, 185,000-sf office complex at 100 and 200 Corporate Dr. off I-78 in Lebanon, NJ. The buildings were developed in 1987 and 1990 respectively by Bellemead Development Corp. The complex is more than 90% leased to such tenants as Merck & Co. and the BOC Group.

The second property is a four-story, 105,000-sf office building at 242 Old New Brunswick Rd. of I-287 in Piscataway. Built in 1984, the building is a joint venture of the Geometry Group and Bergman Real Estate. It is currently 98% leased, with the major tenant, Qualcare Inc. occupying slightly over half of it on a long-term basis.
