Oceanside Prescott LLC bought the 266,339-sf Prescott Industrial Park, a 15-acre property located at 1865, 1875 and 1890 Ord Way in Oceanside. The seller was Owen Federal Bank.
Jim Spain and Josh McFadyen of Colliers International represented the seller. Tucker Hohenstein of Burnham Real Estate Services represented the buyer.
Major tenants include Genica Corp., ACI Distribution, a division of VVP America, Inc., and Boothcrafters, Inc.
The three-building warehouse/distribution complex was designed by Kenneth D. Smith & Associates. The general contractor was R. G. Petty.
In the second transaction, Maximum Coverage Media, a media buying company, signed a five-year lease for 12,480 sf of office space at the Aston Views Corporate Center in a deal valued at $1.4 million. The new development is located at 1808 Aston Ave. in Carlsbad. The lessor was Aston Views LLC.
Tom van Betten of Colliers International represented the lessee. Rick Reeder, Dan Oury and Kent Moore of Business Real Estate Brokerage Company represented the building owner.
The new 83,000 sf, two-story corporate office building features a 30-foot circular lobby with skylights and granite floor, views of the ocean and the planned Carlsbad Golf Course. Smith Consulting Architects designed the project.
