Maestas will work with Ken Bock, vice president of new business development. Bock says Maestas' experience in developing more than 40 hospitality and gaming projects is well suited to the core Perini market. Maestas is tasked with establishing and developing client relationships and corporate business plans. He also will be researching market trends and scouting for business opportunities nationwide.
Maestas' background includes work in commercial, industrial, education and health-care construction. Prior to joining Perini, he was with Dunham for nine years as a partner and vice president. He began his career as a mechanical designer in 1963. His professional affiliations include the National Indian Gaming Association and National Congress of American Indians.
