The 40-year-old Freeman Products designs, makes and markets trophy component parts, plaques, desk sets and clocks through retail trophy stores, sporting goods stores, by mail order and by other retail channels. Freeman, which also markets a line of products sold through promotional product distributors, was represented in the negotiations by Bonni S. Heller of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey Inc., East Rutherford.
Elmwood Corporate Park, which is located near I-80 and the Garden State Parkway, is owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack, NJ. The owner was represented in-house by Jerry Barta, director of leasing.
