Irving, TX-based Property Advisers Realty Inc.'s Jason Miller cut four deals, three of which are at the Summit at Bridgewood center at 1100 Bridgewood Dr. in Fort Worth. The new tenants include New Expressions Barber Shop and Salon, which has signed for 1,600 sf. The salon will open by July 1. At the same center, Miller renewed a 2,492-sf lease to dentist, Dr. Kenneth Sykes, while Subway, a five-year tenant, re-upped for its 1,350 sf. Super Nails took 1,200 sf at the Alta Mesa center, located at 3534 Alta Mesa Blvd. in Fort Worth.
At the Woodmont Co., brokers sealed leases for 2,433 sf at Woodmont North, a center located at 6248 McCart Ave. at Alta Mesa Boulevard in Fort Worth. Little Caesar Pizza has just opened doors on a 1,300-sf inline spot while finish-out is gearing up in 1,133 sf leased to Angel Nails. The nail salon is set to open Sept. 1. Woodmont associates John Morton and Terrance Maiden represented the building owner.
Heading north to Denton, Woodmont closed a 3,914-sf lease for Oak Tree Plaza, situated at the southwest corner of Loop 288 and Spencer Road. The site will be used for a diagnostic imaging center. Woodmont vice president Kevin McIntosh and associate Jason Cooper brokered the deal for Isenberg Management, plaza developer and owner.
