With the agreement, Insignia/ESG will be marketing 39,000 sf each at Bridgewater Crossing in Bridgewater, NJ, and at 100 Overlook Center in Princeton, NJ, as well as future Regus sites as it expands in the state. For Insignia/ESG, the effort will be headed by executive director Ray Sohmer in the company's East Brunswick office, as well as managing director Sam Buckley, director Ward Greer, managing director Thomas Romano and associate Patricia Riedel.
"Regus allows firms to secure space from three months to five years and from 200 sf and up, which is unheard of in traditional transactions," Buckley says. "When a crisis strikes, it provides a real estate solution. The space is pre-built, eliminating capital expenditures required for creating a company's own disaster recovery space."
