Gale is managing director of Atlanta-based Taylor & Mathis' Miami office. He posted a combined 325,000 sf of leased volume valued at $70 million in 2001. In 2000, Gale did the largest Downtown lease with Bank of America for 88,000 sf. He beat that performance in 2001 with Holland & Knight law firm taking 108,000 sf.
Prior to joining Taylor & Mathis, Gale was a senior associate for CB Commercial in Miami for six years. He is president of the Brickell Area Association and and is a member of the Greater Miami New World Executive Committee.
Representing only property owners, Taylor & Mathis bills itself as one of the largest third-party property owner representatives in Miami with a portfolio of 2.7 million sf.
