Woodbridge Foam, the largest space taker in the pack, is occupying part of a 32,470-sf warehouse at 2407 Centennial Dr. The manufacturer of foam seats for General Motors opted to stay put for the long term due to the site's proximity to GM's Arlington plant, David Teeter of Henry S. Miller Commercial explained to GlobeSt.com. He represented the tenant while Michelle Williams brokered the deal for RREEF.
The rail-served site is Woodbridge Foam's only Texas location. While the amenity wasn't a necessity, Teeter said "it made it nice."Across the metroplex, Oklahoma City-based A&D Supply Co. leased 21,500 sf in Lewisville.
