"With new class A space in such short supply, we've already begun to receive substantial interest," asserts Joseph Langan of LKD Associates. The latter organization is headed by the founders of Langan Engineering and Environmental Services, which conceived River Drive Center to house its own headquarters and provide additional multi-tenant rental space. LKD is also in the final stages of planning a new 500,000-sf office building and hotel for the site.
LKD has turned the leasing program for River Drive Center 3 over to GVA Williams of New Jersey, based in Parsippany. Heading the effort are the firm's president, David Simson, senior vice president Lee Kosmac and vice president Douglas Rowe in Parsippany, and Richard Plehn, a director in the firm's New York City office.
The asset is located just off I-80 near the Garden State Parkway. Corporate neighbors include Acuson, Allstate Insurance, Garden State Paper, GE Capital, Marcal Paper, Nintendo of America, US Can, Web MD and Varetis. Construction is being done by River Drive Construction Co.
