Liberty Executive is a project of Malvern, PA's Liberty Property Trust and sits on 28.5 acres off Volvo Parkway in the city's Greenbrier section. The Class A office property also includes a 3-acre lake, and a jogging trail. Garibaldi Group of Chatham, NJ negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant, and Richmond, VA's Porter Realty Company participated in locating the appropriate property for Dendrite. Both Garibaldi and Porter are CORFAC International member firms.
"Dendrite had requirements and Porter was instrumental in finding this facility," CORFAC's Tom Bennett explains to GlobeSt.com. "This is a typical transaction where we have a brokerage firm in one market that is able to use the [CORFAC] alliance to identify a facility that meets the client's needs, whether it's in a small market like Chesapeake, or a major market area."
