The Liverpool, NY-based Raymour, which operates some 40 stores in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, has recently shifted its focus for new store expansion to the South Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware markets. The unit slated for this Atlantic County community, just outside of Atlantic City, is substantially larger than the company's typical 60,000-sf floorplate.
The land sale transaction was handled by NAI Mertz associate Tony DiDio on behalf of the buyer.
